Oh my gosh we came through here on the 2nd of January and they were slammed. Felt bad for them as you could see they were short staffed. Bins were overflowing, staff weren't wearing uniform. The food was okay coffee was nice. Not the best place to be but they did well for what they had

Macca's Cooma is a usual pit stop for us when travelling Canberra to Bairnsdale and return. Sometimes we drive through and the orders are filled quickly. Other times we walk in. There's plenty of parking, coffee is always good and the store usually clean.
Pretty good Maccas! Orders always seem to arrive promptly and with all the correct items. Staff are quite nice and cheerful, and the chips are ALWAYS SO FRESH. What more can you ask for? Im lovin it!
Much better from previous visit. Coffee back to the usual high standard. Service was awesome, especially the lady who pulled into line the rowdy young table with foul language. Offered them some soft drink as it was a hot day outside. This did the trick with the assistance of being asked to leave if they continued.
