Richard and his female colleague, who I realise now I didnt introduce myself to properly, were incredibly professional, kind, patient and helpful when we needed help with a flat tyre. I was still 30km out of Cooma when I called at 5:10pm to see if they had the tyre I needed and they very kindly stayed open waiting for my husband and I to arrive. We arrived well after closing time to which they carried my busted tyre in from the car for me and refitted with the new one. I can't thank or reccomend them enough for their help and kindness.
