Would've been better if instead of chatting with mates the guy on register actually served and helped his coworkers.

As an expert in KFC studies I had to venture to this little mountain town to see if the legacy of colonel Sanders was intact; I am in awe. You've done America and Kentucky proud. I will work with the Trump administration to have this KFC given a presidential food medal of honor - VERY COOL!
Pretty average store. Quite dirty inside with no staff cleaning despite not being busy. Customer service isnt great. Constantly forget aioli source thats meant to come with one of the boxed meals. When going back to ask for the sauce theres never any apology, just There you go the Maccas just next poor is amazing by comparison, why not try there instead!
Poor customer service, tables were dirty, and when a patron in front of me made mention of the tables being filthy and asked for something to wipe their table, they were handed two of those tiny alcohol hand wipes to wipe their own table, instead of either one of the two staff immediately behind the cash register offering, or one of the three or four staff members having a good old chat in te back being asked to attend to the problem.I myself actually said the young lady behind the counter that it was a matter for a staff member to attend to and not the patron, and was basically ignored, and this was followed by myself having to then ask for serviettes and wipes when I got my meal.Not s very satisfying experience unfortunately.
