Very informative and friendly staff. The exhibit clearly and concisely stated the purpose and mission of the snowy hydro scheme. The staff was also able to answer most questions, except for the financial details. The centre also had some interactive exhibits, showcasing the amount of energy required to produce a set amount of power. It would be great if these exhibits were enhanced and extended on. Overall a pleasant experience.
Nice spot to catch up, coffee can be hit and miss at times but service is always good and the food is great. The museum is very informative and interactive, great to learn about one of Australia's largest engineering accomplishment.
The discovery centre is a wealth of information and historic imagery. It is a very easy thing to spend a couple of hours there going through all of the displays. A couple of hours is not enough to do it justice though.The staff in the cafe were friendly and helpful but the selections that were available were quite limited.Otherwise the whole experience was pleasant.
Wonderful history of the Snowy Hydro scheme from inception to today - incorporating Snowy 2 details. The cafe food is good value and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Wonderful wonderful place to spend an hour or so.
Very friendly, helpful service and some informative and fun displays. The small cafe does great toasties, slices and good coffee. We got detailed travel advice and info about must see local attractions.
