Motel room was fine and quite large. Staff were friendly and helpful.However the food was very average, should have gone to the local pub for dinner. Dont eat at the motel!
Very homely and well worth the price. However the rest of the motels in the town were literally in the town, whereas this motel was about a two-five minute drive up the road and not slap bang right in the town. Only issue.
Freezing cold. Heating didn't work. Very dated. Thin walls. Gave up after 30 minutes of room not heating and went to the MUCH much nicer bunkhouse motel. Only plus I can think of is the food smelled nice while I waited 10 minutes for someone to check me in. The lady at the desk didn't believe me that room temperature was going down even with pics showing air conditioning on and temperatures over 20 plus minutes.
A great location, a well appointed room with a full bathroom. However, the bathroom was cold, the heater failed to do its job of heating the room and the room was quite small. The rooms are Reasonably priced as per their advertising and you get what you pay for.
