Was a lovely stay,Al with quick in. The rooms were comfortable however we had a lot of small bugs in our room due to the gap between the front door and the floor being quite large. The room next us we're really friendly and offered us Rose wine to relax in the evening which was fun. In the morning we had the on site breakfast, and despite being good value it was pretty dissapointing. All in good value for the area.
Do yourself a favour and STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!! They advertise heating and air conditioning but it should be heating OR air conditioning because when they turn on the boilers to provide the heating ... the aircon wont work! Half the power points were faulty and we had to use a power board plugged into the one point that did work, so no bedside lamps and our phones were on the other side of the room charging. Theyre lucky you have to prepay as theres no way we would have paid full price if it was pay on departure. Would have to give it one star as there isnt a NO STAR option.
When we arrived the fridge was turned off. Very bad lighting. no table and chairs just a old couch. Cant turn heat on until am wen they turn on the hot water for the heaters. Room was freezing. Fan in heater sounded like a truck was in the room. So noisy not good enough we had the flu. We asked about the room service. Not available. Response was u have to be in the cafeteria at am to get food before a bus comes. If u come after am their will be no food left. Asked about the restaurant, not a restaurant any more u had to cook your own meal on a burner. The room had a big black spider so went to woollies to buy surface spray. Not clean so dirty. you need a new cleaner .The sheets were dirty and not enough toiletries. The motel is run down and needs a up grade. The beds are not comfy and a squeaky. The shower needs to be fixed as the water went cold and hot all the time and nearly god burnt. also was missing tiles. Not good value for money its not worth it. The heater also did not work in the morning. Wont be going back
Good location and friendly staff but rooms are fairly old and could do with some modernisation and minor repairs (adjustment knob on the heater missing). No kettle so no way to make a hot drink which was a little surprising. Didn't dislike the place but wouldn't be my first choice if I stayed in Cooma again.
Loved it!!! The room was very clean and there was plenty off room for the group.Ty and I will be recommend it to all my family and friends. Snow season here we come
