Revised Original ReviewBooked a room by phone as usual (have had staff do this the last 9 times). Staff member broke down and couldn't get to the motel at the arranged time. Motel called and stated if he arrived later than 10-30 pm they wouldn't accommodate him and to find another motel. So WE ARRANGED ANOTHER MOTEL. He arrived in Cooma at midnight Fatigued and not in a mood to argue with motel owners. Next day they charged us for the room. They Refused to reverse the transaction. We had to post truthful negative reviews for them to realise their errors and make a refund. Last email from them was a legal threat that if we didn't remove reviews they would contact thier lawyers. WE consider refusing access to a room and then charging anyway is gain benefit by deception and for taking credit card monies without delivering a service fraud. They say they kept the room and lost out, but they refused access so its a crazy situation. . BEWARE if you run into an issue with these people. This is what they do to regular customers, imagine if you are a 1 time visitor. WE will now find another motel in Cooma to use for our staff for future use. So much for regular customers and flexibility. Bring on Your Lawyers. WE tried to review our reviews on thier facebook site but they removed the page due to the numerous comments not in thier favour.
Very clean. Great service from owners. Lots of DVDs to pick from. Great value for money.
Clean, warm place located close to town. Rooms are a little dated but had everything that I needed and was very comfortable. The host was great to deal with.
Clean, warm, but too dehydrating. Dont know how you get around that.
