I had a few different meals at the Alpine Hotel Cooma and they were all tasty and generous.I would have given a 5 Star review but: when I had the Moroccan lamb salad the lamb itself was a bit chewy (I'm sure that's not always the case); every time I was there the tables were really sticky; and, there were often people smoking very close to the front door that weren't asked to move further away by the staff.Those minor details are the only reason they aren't getting a 5 Star review, so please don't let those factors stop you from visiting and trying the food. It's above the average pub menu and the staff were attentive and polite.

Great country pub that really looks after travelling motorcyclists.The option to have potato bake with any meal instead of chips or mash is a real winner for me.
